My journey began as a Logistics Specialist and Supervisor in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, where I gained hands-on experience managing complex systems, operational logistics, and mission-critical databases. I later applied these skills in federal roles, including with the U.S. Navy, where I led the implementation of comprehensive records management policies as a Program Manager.

Over nearly a decade supporting Department of Defense initiatives, I sharpened my expertise in schedule optimization, risk mitigation, and leading cross-functional teams. I carried these skills into the private sector, managing enterprise portfolios with organizations like Ericsson and Mitsubishi Power Products Inc.

During my time as a Project Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products Inc., I led multiple infrastructure projects, implemented continuous process improvements, and maintained accurate project budgets. I take pride in identifying and cultivating the unique talents of my team, leveraging proven project management tools to drive performance and results.
