Michael J. Mancosh Esq. is an experienced, cross disciplinary executive with expertise in project, program and risk management, and legal, contractual, and financial matters in multiple industries in the commercial and governmental space.

A driving force during the course of his career has been the ability to act as an interface and trusted advocate between legal, business, financial and technical experts and achieving success in working towards and facilitating a shared understanding between those diverse viewpoints and interests.

In his role as Vice President of Integrated Operations & Strategy for Hyre Harper, Mr. Mancosh holds primary responsibility regarding a range of financial and contractual matters within the organization, with a particular focus on risk and contract management.

Mr. Mancosh began his career in the Office of the Chief Strategy Officer with Global Computer Enterprises (GCE), a midsized Federal Financial IT Contractor. He served in a number of business development, back-office and operational roles during his time with the Company, including acting as the Company’s Deputy Project Manager while supporting the Federal Department of Labor’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer.

Beginning in the mid 2010’s, Mr. Mancosh worked for a number of large national and multi-national firms, including PNC, Emerson, and Mitsubishi in financial, contractual, compliance, and project management focused roles and as a member of a range of cross-disciplinary teams and projects.

Mr. Mancosh has a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh and Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance and Political Science – Legal Studies from Virginia Tech and was admitted to Pennsylvania Bar in 2010.
